Return & Refund Policy
1. Made-to-Order Products
All products on our store are custom printed on demand through Printify and are made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Wrong size ordered
Wrong color selected
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with how the item looks unless the item is defective or damaged.
This is because these products cannot be restocked or resold once produced.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will happily offer a replacement or a refund. To request one, please:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery (the delivery date shown by your tracking info).
Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We will work with Printify to process a free replacement or refund to you.
3. How Refunds Work
Refunds may be issued either as:
Refund to your original payment method, or
Credit in your Printify account balance (if that’s how the refund is processed).
You (the merchant) are responsible for issuing the final refund to your customer in your Shopify store.
4. No Returns Required for Defects
In most cases, you won’t need to ship the item back to us or to Printify — photos are enough for verification and to receive a replacement/refund.
5. Timeframes & Conditions
Claims for damage/defects must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are correct as ordered (e.g., correct size and color).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only if you choose to accept returns for non-defective items yourself (optional policy enhancement).
